Legal fees will vary depending upon the area of representation.  The agreement as to the charge for legal fees will always be discussed with the client prior to representing that client.

Depending upon the nature of a case, there may be costs involved. Costs include: filing fees, deposition costs, costs to obtain medical records, summons and subpoena fees, and the like. Costs are separate and apart from legal fees.
